Our immune system is doing a great job by fighting against disease causing micro organisms. But sometimes, the virus or bacteria enters into body and make us sick. There are lots of ideas to boost immunity from our side too. A healthy lifestyle leads to a healthy life.

During this covid pandemic, it is recommended to eat fruits and vegetables daily in your diet. If the nature itself is providing us all these immunity booster, why people are waiting for the medicines and vaccines?

Sleep~ Stress makes our body weak and the body resistance against microbes will be also less. A proper rest is good to make you healthy. Lack of sleep may also leads to weaker immunity. Sleeping well for at least 8 hours helps to boost immunity.
